The REFUND process was fast but what a bad experience in general.įoxit is a leading software provider of fast, affordable and secure PDF solutions. Reply from support was fast, they have forwarded my request for approval and said they "understand" why I want to cancel. I tried to remove my credit card, IMPOSSIBLE. I then foolishly thought I would get a one month subscription and then cancel if I do not not like it and they would refund the charges. I then figured it was a problem on their end. I thought I had browser issues and did much TS. The CREDIT CARD FIELD does not function, It does not work. The LAST FIELD is the Credit Card field (remember, credit card is mandatory to get the trial and then you can CANCEL and get a refund they say). Every field works, including email verification code which is placed prominently at the top. They offered a free trial for pdf editor cloud.
